Clean flat with comfortable bedrooms and a tidy bathroom. Adequate kitchen but some doors need maintenance. The garden could be better maintained. Good location, warm flat. Nice welcome pack with shortbread and nozecco.

What a find! The apartment was totally mind-blowing with its good location, warm and cozy atmosphere, and a super thoughtful welcome pack. The bedrooms were comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the free wi-fi and flat-screen TV were just jaw-dropping. And the fact that we had free parking and a 24-hour reception made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the well-equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle and cookware, was a great bonus. We couldn't ask for more! No pets allowed and no smoking on site were definitely a plus. We had an unforgettable stay and for the price we paid, it was an absolute steal.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment near Hillwood Park. It was a great find during the busy Festival time. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with cozy bedrooms and a clean bathroom. The location was perfect, and the flat was warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack with shortbread and nozecco. Another perk was the free parking available. I highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Edinburgh.
